Who I am . . .
I’m an experienced executive with a keen business sense, a mother, a wife, a sister and a daughter of an aging parent. I have a lifetime of professional and personal experience filled with successes, failures, challenges and pivots that shaped and inspired me. I score 100% on interpersonal sensitivity on a Hogan personality assessment. That translates to being considerate and skilled at maintaining and developing relationships. These capabilities serve me well as a coach, as I listen attentively and help clients understand and navigate tricky communication and relationship issues.
I became a Certified Executive Leadership Coach through study at The Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified program. With an MBA from Duke and more than 25 years of experience working in large, midsize and startup companies as a team leader, director and consultant, I bring diverse, valuable understanding to my work as a coach.
I know the unique challenges of organizations, whether they be large or small, fast-paced or slow to change, mission driven or profit driven. I recognize that people work within systems that influence how they behave. We won’t ignore the nuances. We will work with them.
